• Jim is a 28-year veteran of the digital industry who trains sales leaders throughout the US, Canada, Europe and Australia on techniques to help dentists reach their practice goals as the Director of North America Dental Sales Leadership & Development for Henry Schein Dental. Jim has presented to more than 2,000 dentists and team members nationwide, helping educate them on how to improve production and productivity in their offices. He also both presented and provided key content to national dental organizations such as American Association of Dental Office Managers (AADOM), American Dental Hygienists Association (ADHA), American Association of Women Dentists (AAWD) and the Academy of Dental CPAs (ADCPA).

• Our team of Certified Business Development Specialists has received more than 160 hours of consultative services training from experts in dental practice management, marketing, coding, etc. Your trainer will provide four live in-office workshops for the entire dental team.
Henry Schein Practice Solutions Coach
• All of our coaches have extensive practice management training designed to help you track the results through your participation in 360º Practice Development and use the reports available to you in Dentrix to build on those initial results, taking your practice profitability to the next level. Coaches provide seven live interactive web based sessions for the dental team.
Henry Schein Dental Consultants
• During your enrollment, you are encouraged to participate in other practice management programs and live events hosted by Henry Schein Dental. This includes events from Dental Branding, Next Level Practice, Straine Consulting, The Team Training Institute, and Million Dollar PPO Practice. The schedule of their live events is available at HenryScheinEventConnect.com. Doctor registration is waived during your enrollment with 360º Practice Development.
• Must be using Dentrix G4 or newer version. Monthly billing will occur through Henry Schein Dental Merchandise account. Thirteen meetings including four in office training sessions, seven Dentrix coaching sessions and two sessions with Jim Philhower.
